Description
Permanent Maker is a variety developed by GB Strains from a three-way cross between Biscotti S1, Sherb BX, and a third-generation cut of Jealousy. This combination has given rise to an indica-dominant variety gaining recognition in the cannabis community due to its broad terpene profile and extreme potency.
The effects of this variety are known for its intense and relaxing high, making it ideal for treating physical pain, insomnia, or simply unwinding with friends during a quiet evening. However, it is not recommended for novice users due to its potency, as it typically contains around 30% THC and sometimes up to 35%.
Permanent Maker terpene profile is extensive, but it is dominated by the presence of caryophyllene and myrcene. Its menthol, spicy, and sweet notes, with hints of biscuit, diesel, and caramel, as well as floral nuances, make its consumption a complex and satisfying sensory experience. For this reason, and thanks to the high concentration of terpenes present in its dense resin, it has become an ideal choice for cannabis extractions.
Permanent Maker plants tend to be compact and bushy, with broad leaves, making them quite manageable indoors. During their vegetative phase, they produce a lot of foliage, so pruning is recommended to promote air circulation and prevent moisture problems. It is also a very good variety for training as SOG or LST.
Although not the most productive variety, the flavor and potency of Permanent Maker are worth the 70-77 days of flowering, with yields ranging from 300 to 400 grams per square meter.
Outdoors, Permanent Maker plants tend to grow bushy and vigorous, allowing for height limitation and avoiding attracting attention. On the other hand, it is also advisable to regularly defoliate to prevent pests, especially in humid areas. With proper care, yields of around one kilogram per plant can be obtained, ready to be harvested between mid-October and late October.
