This powerful genetics arises from the crossing of three potent THC- and terpene-rich strains – Runtz, Grape Pie, and MAC – offering productive harvests filled with resin, along with a unique aroma and flavor. Spritzer is known for its high THC content and Indica dominance, which provide powerful and long-lasting effects.

Effects of Spritzer

When it comes to effects, Spritzer is one of the most potent strains on the market, producing up to 32% THC, though in most cases it hovers around 25%. Even a small amount of plant material is enough to feel its effects. Its high THC content, along with a small amount of CBG, ensures a lasting, joyful, and physically relaxing high. This strain is suitable for evening use before sleep. Due to its potency, it is not recommended for beginners.

Taste of Spritzer

In terms of organoleptic properties, Spritzer has a sweet and fruity aroma reminiscent of a mix of cherries and grapes with citrus, earthy, and spicy touches, produced by the concentrations of caryophyllene, limonene, and linalool. Spritzer produces a comforting and uplifting smoke.

How to grow Spritzer indoors

Spritzer plants reach a medium height, up to 150 cm. However, they are quite manageable, as they can be kept at a height of one meter in small pots. To reach its full potential indoors, they need at least 20 hours of light per day during the vegetative phase, achieving yields of 400-500 g/m² .

Despite its Indica dominance, it shows a typical Sativa morphology with wide internodal distance and small leaves with thin leaflets. These plants respond very well to LST and ScrOG techniques, as both strategies maximize production and prevent excessive growth. Harvest can be done after 8-9 weeks of flowering.

How to grow Spritzer outdoors

Spritzer reaches its full potential when planted in soil and develops best in full sunlight. This genetics produces long, narrow colas with dense, compact buds covered with a thick, sticky layer of trichomes. Its dark green plants take on purple hues during flowering.

Outdoors, Spritzer can generate between 1000-1200 g/plant, as long as it is grown in a nutrient-rich substrate. Worm humus, clay, and vermiculite can be added to ensure good drainage and airflow. Harvest is possible during the second half of September in the Northern Hemisphere and mid/late March in the Southern Hemisphere.
