Purple Urkle

Purple Urkle is a hybrid marijuana seed, with a 80% indica and 20% sativa genetic distribution. This beautiful looking plant with a Northern California touch, has been obtained directly from Mendocino Purps, this plant was awarded a prize at the famous High Times Cannabis Cup competition. From this strain we have selected a stabilised and very productive specimen, which has resulted in a strain that is easy to grow both indoors and outdoors.

This plant presents a closed and compact structure, as well as attractive purple touches on the flowers, adorned with orange pistils, and covered with crystalline resin glands. Likewise thanks to its rich composition and high THC levels it contains, it is reserved for more accustomed and experienced smokers in strong North American indica strains.

When grown indoors, this strain offers a final yield of 350-400 gr/m2, with a flowering period of around 55-60 days, by growing 11 specimens in 7L plant pots under LED lighting systems, for example Attis Lumatek 300W. In regards to nutrition, you should choose between a homemade substrate (peat based), worm hummus, perlite and bat guano or either purchasing an already aired and prepared product, such as Canna Terra Professional Plus 50L, that offers nutritional balance that won’t saturate the specimen.

If you choose to grow outdoors, either in a plant pot or earth, this strain better develops in warm climates, ready to harvest mid September in the northern hemisphere and March in South America. Via adequate usage of outdoor products, and following the recommended doses, you can obtain around 750gr to 1kg per plant dry.
