These types of ballast can only be used with 600 MH (Metal Halide) bulbs or 600w HPS bulbs. The perfect growing area for these lamps is 1.2 x 1.2 m, although if you want even better results, you can increase your growing area by using a Super Wings Evolution Reflector Add-On, increasing coverage to about 1.4 x 1.4 m.
