High Porosity Atami features a unique formula

As a general rule, but specially in rainy areas, cannabis plants require a substrate as airy as possible. This is because the roots need, apart from water, oxygen in order to grow healthy. Plenty of studies suggest that root development is crucial for an optimum crop and materials with different properties are quite often used to oxygenate the cultivation medium.

For this reason, Atami is launching this new substrate formulated with coco coir and perlite, in order to offer a cultivation medium with exclusive properties. A perlite and coco coir mixture increases root air flow by 30%. This improves plants oxygen intake, which means the plant will have more energy to develop stronger and faster roots.
