Blueberry OG by Barney’s Farm, like its name suggests, is a combination between a Blueberry chosen from DJ Short’s original selection, and an OG Kush that comes from a selection that was made in California.

Growing Blueberry OG indoors

Indoors, we recommend growing this strain in 11L flowerpots, placing between 9 and 12 plants per square meter. This strain is incredibly easy to grow and grows quite sturdy and strong – make sure you don’t go overboard with nitrogen when feeding this strain. It grows average-sized leaves that allow light to get through to each and every area of the plant. During the flowering period it grows slowly but surely, producing an incredible amount of resinous calyxes. It can grow to about 1m indoors, taking around 55-60 days to finish flowering, producing up to 450g when done right.

Growing Blueberry OG outdoors

When grown outdoors, it’ll be able to easily grow up to 2m tall, producing quite a lot of branches and foliage. It’s known for being sturdy and resistant to issues such as common pests and fungi that tend to attack cannabis plants. You can harvest this strain outdoors around mid/end of October, producing up to 700g when grown in the ground with a pre-prepared substrate. Its buds end up covered in a thick layer of resin and can go a blue/purple color towards the end of the flowering period.

This strain has deliciously earthy, citric and fresh flavors, similar to many American strains. It’s quite potent, giving quite a physically intense high that’s accompanied by a euphoric sensation.
