How to Grow Congo Fem Indoors and Outdoors

Growing Congo Fem indoors

Indoors, these plants don’t need much vegetative growth; after 15-20 weeks you can safely flip the lights to 12/12h. The branches will start shooting upwards and then you’ll begin to see large buds forming on its branches. It’ll need around 9-10 flowering weeks, depending on the phenotype, before they’re ready to harvest.

Growing Congo Fem outdoors

Outdoors, these plants grow tall and they develop strong and robust stems as well as a high pest and fungi resistance, making it easy to get top quality buds without needing to put in too much effort.  By using medium dosages of fertilizers, you can get some pretty fat buds, so make sure that you don’t go overboard. You’ll need to wait until mid to end of October to make sure that it’s matured completely.

Congo Fem Flavor and Effect

Congo’s flavor is quite complex, and its different phenotypes have nuances of fresh petals with hints of wild strawberry. It has a clean, energetic and positive effect that isn’t too heavy.

  • Sativa/Indica: 70/30%
  • Flowering: 9-10 weeks indoors, mid-October outdoors.
  • Height: 0.8-1.2m indoors, 2-3m outdoors.
