For plants, CO2 is like oxygen for humans. They need this gas for photosynthesis and to grow properly; that is why they thought of increasing the levels of carbon dioxide in the growing rooms, generating impressive results. Not only do the plants grow faster, but they also produce better crops. 

This is why the CO2 Bag is all the rage in the cannabis industry. Previously, it took expensive machines to increase carbon dioxide levels in the environment, but with this bag you only have to worry about hanging it up, making a few holes and enjoying the astonomical yields.

However, it is important to note that due to the extra growth that CO2 generates in plants, the need for food and light also increases. Therefore, a crop with more carbon dioxide also requires more fertiliser as well as higher light intensity.

How to use the CO2 Bag 

The use of this product is very easy. Simply hang it in the grow room over the plants (since CO2 is heavier than air and acts as a descendant) and make different holes on the marked points in the bag.

Although this is an easy method to do, there are some details to consider to maximise the yield:

• Do not place the bag directly on the plants.
• The bag only generates CO2 in locations with temperatures above 18 degrees, reaching a yield of 25º.
• Keep the bag in cool, dry places below 18 degrees.
• If you have large growing rooms, place the bags on the sides.
• One bag of CO2 is sufficient for a 5 square metre grow room.
• CO2 does not occur immediately after making the holes, it may take a few days to appear and come out of the bag.

Warnings and recommendations

• The dust generated is irritating to the skin, eyes and respiratory system.
• Avoid contact with the eyes.
• If the dust reaches your skin, wash the area thoroughly with water.
• Use gloves and protection glasses when handling the bag.
• Keep out of reach of children.
