The Blizzard Snuffer is very easy to use, you just have to follow a few simple steps:
Remove the cap to fill the tank with your substance. Then put it face down and turn the knob pointing to the tank, tap it a few times to fill the dispenser. Once filled, turn the knob halfway so that it doesn’t fall o while it’s still facing down. Turn the snuffer with the hole facing up, and turn the knob pointing to the hole. Now the dose is ready. Cover the hole on the other side of the knob to make pressure, and inhale with your nose through the hole. Once you remove your finger from the hole, the powder will go all the way up.
