PH Up by Emerald Harvest is a pH regulator for water tanks and nutrient solutions. It allows perfect modulation of water values, increasing alkalinity. Perfect for grows that need acidity modification, such as coco coir or rockwool.

One of the most important factors when growing cannabis is water. This element transports all the nutrients for the roots to absorb them. Water is present all over the planet and exhibits different characteristics depending on its location. Important values for growers include electroconductivity (EC) and water acidity (pH).

Advantages of using pH Up by Emerald Harvest

All of Emerald Harvest products include a pH softener. This adds security when using them, as it means that by using the entire range, the pH of the grow would be perfect. However, depending on the type of grow, strain, area or water type, these values could vary.

By adding pH Up to irrigation water, you’ll be able to control acidity, increasing alkalinity if need be. The perfect pH levels to grow plants in good shape ranges between 5.5 and 6.5. If such values aren’t reached, nutrients won’t get to the plants. This situation could block the roots due to excessive acidity, preventing them from absorbing all the nutrients.

How to use pH Up:

• CAUTION: This product is corrosive, therefore, using gloves and protective glasses to handle it is highly advisable.
• Measure the pH of the water once all the fertilizers and additives have been added.
• If necessary, add 1 ml/ L. Mix well and wait a few minutes.
• Measure again to check if it was enough.
• If it wasn’t enough, add the same amount and repeat the process again until the correct values are reached.
