Ph Down Ionic Reduces Ph levels to Improve Grows' Development

Ph Down by Growth Technology is a Ph adjuster that contains phosphoric acid which will allow you to adjust the acidity level of your water. Your plants will be able to absorb all of the nutrients given to them; if your plants don't have the correct pH level, they won't be able to absorb certain nutrients.

If you need to use quite a lot of water or a hydro or aeroponics work station, Ph Down can be a massive help thanks to the fact that it's incredibly concentrated; it can be used to lower the pH of a large amount of water in a Rectangular Black Plastic Water Tank with just a few drops, unlike most Ph lowering products on the market. It is able to lower the pH in a 5L tank with a few drops. It is not recommended for smaller amounts - like 1.5 L bottles- since it's quite hard to dose it out.

Bring Ph Levels to Optimum Levels with Ph Down Ionic

The recommended pH level for plants to be able to properly absorb nutrients is between 5.5 and 6.8. Over these values, plants find it difficult to absorb macro-nutrients such as nitrogen, phosphorus or potassium. When pH dips below 5.5, your plants will have problems absorbing micro-nutrients such as copper, iron or manganese.

Don't forget Ph Down Ionic is an acid - you must not touch it with bare hands.

Dosage and instructions for use:

  • Add all the fertilizers and complements to your water.
  • Measure acidity levels with a reactive or digital meter.
  • If the level is over 6.5 you'll have to add a drop of Ph Down (1 ml in tanks over 50 L).
  • Measure again and repeat all the steps until you get the desired acidity level.

Ph Down Ionic composition:

  • 81% phosphoric acid.
