Indica marijuana is considered the most commercial among the different types of weed in the world. This is because, despite being native to the warm areas of Pakistan and Afghanistan, over time it has adapted perfectly to the European climate.

Structure

Unlike its Sativa counterpart, Indica strains are characterized by having a lower and sturdier structure. The central stem of this specimen is usually thick and tends to develop downwards. As for its leaves, they usually have a wide and broad shape, less elongated than Sativa. Ruderalis marijuana type

The Ruderalis plant is a species native to the northeastern regions of Europe, therefore, it is highly resistant to cold climates as it has grown in mountainous areas with low temperatures.

Structure

The structure of Ruderalis marijuana usually consists of a very short stem and narrow leaves. Due to its genetic characteristics, it is mostly used to generate hybrids with other species. This is undoubtedly one of the most appreciated varieties by growers living in cold climates due to its resistance, but also because of its significant seed production. These seeds can withstand frozen soil, remaining perfectly preserved until the snow melts; from that moment on, they begin to germinate autonomously.

Regarding cultivation, this variety usually takes about 60 days to flower; a short time that explains why this type is highly appreciated by growers.
