In this article we’re going to show you how to make an original donuts and marijuana cake with a little hint of something special. This recipe is extremely simple to make, even more so as you don’t need to use the oven! All you need are the ingredients and a little energy to make it!
Ingredients
For the base:
- 3 digestive biscuits
- 1/1 donut
- 45g of melted butter
For the donut cream:
- 3 donuts
- 400ml of liquid cream
- 125ml of skimmed milk
- 125g of cream cheese
- 65g of sugar
- 1 and a half sachets of curd
- 2,5gr of ground up cannabis
For the topping:
- 4 digestive biscuits
- ½ donut
- 20g of dried fruit (nuts, apricots… whatever you want)
- 2 spoonfuls of brown sugar
- 2 spoonfuls of butter
Preparation:
- First, you’ll need to prepare the base. Mash up the cookies and the half donut and mix it with the previously melted butter. Cover the mix with the base of your cake mold, and press hard. Let it sit in the fridge.
- To make the donut cream, mix the cream the cheese and the cannabis on low heat. Mix until it starts to boil. Then, add the sugar and keep mixing. Meanwhile, dissolve the curd powder in the cold milk and add it to the rest of the ingredients. Mix again until it starts boiling again. Lastly, add the donuts in little bits.
- Once all of the ingredients are completely mixed, take it off the heat and mix well with a blender or whisk. Once the mixture has cooled down a bit, spread it on the biscuit base.
- When the cream is properly spread in the mold, let it sit in the fridge for at least four hours.
- Meanwhile, you can start preparing the top layer. First, grind up the dried fruit and the biscuits. Then, do the same with the donuts and then mix it together with the sugar and the melted butter. Mix it well and spread it along the top of the mixture and your cake is ready!
