  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 Cake pan

Ingredientes

  • 200 g Chocolate para fundir
  • 250 g Cannabis butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 5 Eggs
  • 1 A small amount of vanilla extract
  • 350 g Flour
  • 2 Large tablespoons Large tablespoons of cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 glass of milk
  • Un chorro de zumo de limón

Elaboración paso a paso

  • Preparing the Cannabis Butter
Preparing the cannabis butter is one of the most important steps in making this cake, as it is the stage where the cannabinoids are incorporated into the recipe. It should be prepared first, as the process requires 24 hours of resting time, meaning it should be made the day before baking the cake.
  • Melting the Chocolate
Making the cake is simple and does not take much time, so the first step is to preheat the oven to approximately 180°C (350°F).
    While the oven is preheating:
Melt the chocolate slowly using a double boiler. While the chocolate is melting and the oven is heating up, add the lemon juice to the glass of milk and stir a couple of times with a spoon.
By the time this process is finished, the chocolate should be fully melted. Remove it from the heat and allow it to cool at room temperature.
200 g Chocolate, Un chorro de zumo de limón, 1 glass of milk
  • Preparing the Batter
In a separate bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder. Mix well.
350 g Flour, 2 Large tablespoons Large tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • In another bowl, beat the cannabis butter with the sugar. Reserve a small amount of butter to grease the cake pan later and prevent sticking during baking.
    200 g Sugar, 250 g Cannabis butter
  • Once the mixture is completely smooth, add one egg and beat again until fully incorporated.
    5 Eggs
  • Repeat this process with all the eggs, adding them one at a time and ensuring the mixture is completely homogeneous before adding the next egg.
    5 Eggs
  • Once all the eggs have been incorporated, add the melted chocolate, which should be at room temperature but still liquid. Add the vanilla extract and beat again until everything is thoroughly combined.
200 g Chocolate, 1 A small amount of vanilla extract
  • Next, gradually add the flour, cocoa, and baking powder mixture. Do not add it all at once.
350 g Flour, 2 Large tablespoons Large tablespoons of cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • Add a couple of spoonfuls of the dry mixture, followed by a splash of the milk and lemon mixture. Mix slowly to achieve the best cake texture.
1 glass of milk, Un chorro de zumo de limón
  • Alternate between the flour mixture and the milk mixture until both have been fully incorporated, ideally in no more than four additions.
    350 g Flour, 1 glass of milk
  • The batter should become completely smooth and uniform, so it is recommended to mix thoroughly until everything is perfectly combined.
  • Baking the Cannabis Chocolate Cake
Grease the cake pan with the reserved cannabis butter and pour in the batter.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for approximately 50 minutes. This should be enough time for the cake to set and develop a rich, dense texture.
Once baked, allow the cake to cool and rest at room temperature for a couple of hours before serving.
