Air Stone Diffusers to Oxygenate the Water tank

We stock various shapes and sizes of air stone, all of which work perfectly, adding more oxygen to your plants’ irrigation water.

Water that contains more oxygen is much better for your plants, allowing them to absorb more fertilizer and nutrients. Air stones retain the air expelled by your pump, filtering it and pushing it out through its holes and increasing the amount of oxygen in your water and therefore your plants’ roots.

We stock various different sizes and shapes for different tanks and uses – you’ll need a smaller or larger one depending on the size of your tank. You’ll need to have an air pump too in order to connect it to your air stone, where it will be filtered into the tank.

Air Stone Diffusers promote nutrients absorption 

These devices are incredibly delicate – if you drop them, they’ll definitely break. Make sure to keep them clean, out of the sun and under 40°C.

Most models need an extra silicone tube, although our 200 mm plate stone model has a thicker connection so you’ll need a Black Irrigation Pipe For Drippers – 6/10mm and a specific pump to fit it. We recommend using a 3500L/H Neptune Hydroponics Air Pump by Neptune Hydroponics, as it comes with an adapter so that you can fit all sorts of pipes.
