Outdoors, Mexican Candy performs better when receiving 6-7 h of daily sunlight, however, if it is grown in very warm areas, where temperatures go over 30°C during the summer, it is convenient to keep plants in the shadow during the hottest hours of the day. If on the contrary, the grow is going to take place in northern areas with lower temperatures, it would be better to plant seeds in pots in order to shield them from the last strong summer rains if necessary.

With proper due care, this strain can yield over 600 g/ per plant once dry and can measure more than 3 m of height thanks to its sativa qualities. The crop will be ready for harvest by mid-October in the northern hemisphere and by April in the southern hemisphere.
