The Ph-meter for soil will lets us know if soil acidity needs to be corrected while the hygrometer function will determine if moisture in the soil is sufficient or not for our plants.
Soil meter to know moisture and acidity values and correct them if needed. For instance, if we find pH is 5 during the bloom, we'll have to water our plants with a high-pH nutrient solution since we need to increase that value for plants to absorb nutrients.
On the contrary, if we find pH is too low, plants must be watered with a low pH solution to bring pH down, which can be achieved after some irrigations.
Unless we adjust pH most of the fertilizers we use won't be absorbed by the plant which can even show some deficiencies. In these cases, it is important to notice this doesn't mean we are not supplying the right nutrients but that plants cannot absorb them due to an inappropriate pH.
The hygrometer will let us know when it is necessary to water our plants. This is a fantastic way to avoid watering in excess which could lead to growth stagnation or the appearance of disturbing fungi just at the end of the cycle.
The hygrometer lets you know if humidity in the soil is enough to delay irrigation one more day with no risks. By determining the best moment to water your plants they will always be strong and healthy while they'll also eat properly.
