This useful machine features two different modes: single sealing and vacuum and sealing. Choosing either of them will depend on the time we want to preserve the food or the plant material in question.

Single sealing using method

• Open the lid, remove the white sheet and place the bag with the smooth side facing up.
• Introduce the bag in the vacuum chamber, close the lid and fit the lateral clips.
• Press and hold the ‘single sealing’ button for 3 seconds.
• The sealing will start once the red light is on.
• For a better sealing, press the lid.
• The sealing will end once the green light is on.
• Release the lateral clips and remove the bag.
• When you finish using the machine, it is very important to place the white sheet again between the base and the lid.

Vacuum and sealing using method

• Open the lid, remove the white sheet and place the bag with the smooth side facing up.
• Introduce the bag in the vacuum chamber, close the lid and fit the lateral clips.
• Press the ‘vacuum and sealing’ button for 3 seconds.
• The vacuum process will end once the green light is on.
• The sealing process will start once the red light is on.
• Pull the valve to unlock the machine, release the lateral clips and remove the bag.
• When you finish using the machine, it is very important to place the white sheet again between the base and the lid.
