Eliminate the odors from your crop by installing a Uvonair D-1200 with 3 crowns. It will let you eliminate odors in extraction systems with flow rates of 3,000m3/h.
When you want to ensure no odors get out to the street through the air extractor, you can install a Uvonair CD-1200 3 crowns. It will produce enough ozone to finish bad odors from crops with extraction flow rates of up to 3,000m3/h. The diameter is 300mm, which is ideal for extraction ducts with a diameter of 315mm, which are those usually used in crops of that size.
Ozone gas acts on odors in a very simple way: it oxidizes everything that crosses its path, whether it is odor particles, electrical circuits or metals. This is why you should install it after all growing devices. Never place it before the extractor as if it were an odor filter, which is usually installed at the start of the extraction line. Ozone gas must never travel down any cooled reflector such as a cooltube; otherwise, it will break in a very short time.
After installing it after all parts of the extraction line, you must ensure there are still 5m of duct until reaching the outside, so that ozone can perform well and eliminate all odors in the air. With a shorter length, some odors may still remain in the expelled air. It is advisable to use a coal filter, not to avoid smells (this is done by the ozonizer) but to prevent dust and dirt from soiling the ozonizer.
It only consumes 90w, so getting rid of the odor of your plants will not cost you much money in terms of power. An additional advantage is this ozonizer does not work with bulbs like many others do and its maintenance is limited to cleaning the crowns once a year, so that they do not accumulate dirt.
These ozonizers are not in stock and are ordered upon request, taking up to 48h hours for us to ship.
