Growing Strawberry Gum indoors

Strawberry Gum by Advanced Seeds is very resistant and adapts well to all sorts of soil mediums. It grows a thick stem with long branches that could well remind you of a Christmas tree. Its buds are dense, compact, hard and covered in a bright resin layer.

Indoors, growing more or less 9 plants in 7 L pots, they can reach 1.1 meters in height and yield nearly 550 g/m2 after a flowering period of 60-65 days.

Growing Strawberry Gum outdoors

This strain is clearly more productive when grown outdoors. They’ll be ready to harvest by early October and can get up to 2.5 m tall. 

This strain is perfect to obtain high amounts of resin extracts if you use a greenhouse. If you decide to grow it outdoors it can yield between 600-700 g. per plant.

It responds a lot better in sunny and warm weathers although you need to provide it with all the necessary nutrients during the vegetative and flowering stages. Using plastic stakes will prevent branches from bending or breaking and thus you’ll obtain a better-quality yield.
