How do I track my package?

All of our online shippings have a tracking number. As soon as your parcel leaves our premises, we will send you its tracking number by email. You’ll be able to track your order in the “FIND MY ORDER” section of the web, which is located on your client’s account and on our web footer. You can also track your order by entering the tracking number in the courier’s company web.

How do I use my reward points?

Access “My reward points” from your account. This page allows you to generate a discount code that you can use in your next purchase. Make sure to type it into the “discount” box.

How do I modify, cancel or return my order?

If this were to happen, try and get in touch with us as soon as possible; call our customer service number or send us an email. We recommend calling us in order to process everything as soon as possible; at Growbarato.net we strive to send orders out as soon as possible, so hastiness is paramount.

Returns: In order to return a product you must bring or send it straight to GROWBARATO DISTRIBUCIONES SL, with Address AVENIDA ESPIOCA N. 199 46460, SILLA (VALENCIA, SPAIN) as soon as possible. You have a maximum of 14 calendar days to ship the order from the moment the intent to return the product has been made. Customers must take on shipping charges.

The returned products must be in perfect conditions, in their original packaging and unused. We highly recommend ensuring that the package is properly protected from accidents during shipping. We check all returned products, including device parts, accessories, promotional products and documents. Once we have confirmed that everything is in order we will proceed to return your funds.

Do you ship to my country? 

We ship everywhere in the world with the exception of: Switzerland, the Azores islands, and Ceuta and Melilla. We also don't ship seeds to Argentina.

Can seeds be shipped to my country?

If your country is within the list of countries that we ship to, you should receive your seeds in perfect conditions.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Our commitment to you, for national shipments (Spain), is to have our entire catalogue available in stock, in order to send it immediately when you finalise your order. Shipments to non-peninsular Spain may take up to 2 days, as well as shipments to countries in the EU. Orders sent to the Canary Islands may take longer. All orders are sent via certified mail.

At what time will I receive my package?

This depends on the transport company. We recommend that you keep your phone near you in case the delivery person calls. They usually make their deliveries during the morning, during working hours. Make sure to use an address where you know there will be someone willing to pick up the package.

Will the delivery person call me?

Technically, they are under no obligation to call you but many of them do. You will usually get an SMS indicating that they tried to deliver your order but nobody was home. At growbarato.net we work with delivery people that attempt to deliver twice if the first time nobody is there, so you can rest assured that you will get your order.

What should I do if my order is damaged upon arrival?

If you receive something that is not in good conditions for reasons external to yourself, you have a right to return the product, letting GROWBARATO DISTRIBUCIONES SL know and indicating the reason via any of the contact methods provided. Returns based on poor product conditions or manufacturing defects do not apply to right of withdrawal.

GROWBARATO DISTRIBUCIONES SL takes on any shipping costs in such cases and will replace the product for a new one in accordance with the terms stipulated during the purchase. What does shipping cost if I don’t reach the minimum of 30€?

Any purchases 30€ or higher have free shipping. Those that do not reach the minimum limit will have to pay 3.5€ shipping.

Is shipping discreet?

Always.

What should I do if I’m not home when the delivery person stops by?

All of our shipping companies and delivering companies attempt to deliver twice. If the second attempt fails, you will need to go to your local post office to pick your package up.

There’s a clock on the page that’s counting down to my order, but I didn’t order anything.

That clock is there to let customers know that if they make an order before it runs out, they will receive their product the next day.
