How to create a account

  1. On the upper right-hand side, click “sign in”.
  2. Type in your e-mail and select “create an account”.
  3. Fill in your details.
  4. Click “continue” on the lower right-hand corner of the page.
  5. You now have a account!

You now have access to, among other things, information on your online purchases, fidelity reward points…

How do I reset my password to access my account?

  1. Click “enter”.
  2. Choose the “Forgot your password?” option.
  3. You should get an email prompting you to reset your password. Remember to use the same email address that you used to register your account.
  4. Once you’ve modified your password using the link in the email, you can access your account using your new password.

How do I change my account details?

Access your account and click on “My personal info”. Here, you can modify your login details, password, personal details and address in the “My addresses” tabs.

How do I access my purchase history?

From your account, click on “Order history” to see all of your previous purchases in detail. You can also repeat orders from this screen.

Do accounts have exclusive benefits?

Yes, all account holders receive our promos and offers with coupons via email, among other things. We avoid spam at all costs; everything we send is in the interest of our customers, meaning simple emails with direct offers. Our account also allows you to build up reward points that can be used with your next purchase for an additional discount.
