How to prepare marijuana quiche

Remember that the recipe we’re going to cook contains cannabis butter, which needs to be prepared in advance as its process is a bit longer. Ingredientes
  

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 small onion
  • 1/2 zucchini
  • 1/2 red bell pepper
  • 250 grams of flour
  • 35 grams of cannabis butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 15 grams of dry yeast
  • 80 grams of grated cheese
  • Oil and salt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Chop all the vegetables and sauté them in a pan over low heat with a bit of oil and salt.
    1 carrot, 1 small onion, 1/2 zucchini, 1/2 red bell pepper
  • Step 2: Melt the cannabis butter in the microwave and let it cool.
  • Step 3: Prepare the quiche dough. In a bowl, mix the flour, yeast, and eggs, then add the melted butter and salt.
    250 grams of flour, 35 grams of cannabis butter, 4 eggs, Oil and salt
  • Step 4: Add the vegetables and a bit of cheese to the dough, mixing well to distribute the vegetables evenly. Pour the mixture into a baking dish, sprinkle the remaining cheese on top, and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 170°C (340°F), lowering the oven temperature a bit to prevent the cheese from burning.
    15 grams of dry yeast, 80 grams of grated cheese
  • Step 5: When the quiche has a golden appearance and is completely cooked inside, remove it from the oven and let it cool.
  • Step 6: All that’s left is to serve and enjoy its delicious taste and effect.

Notes

Medicinal vegetable and cannabis quiche (CBD Rich)

Cannabis vegetable quiche
This recipe can be prepared with a completely medicinal character. Instead of using regular marijuana rich in psychoactive THC, you replace it with marijuana high in CBD. Ideally, use cannabis that has already been analyzed to ensure that THC levels are minimal and CBD levels are high.
Once you have CBD-rich cannabis, simply make cannabis butter using this ingredient. Then, follow the exact same steps as in the recipe, but use medicinal butter.

Precautions

Whenever marijuana is ingested, the effects produced by cannabis will be more potent and longer-lasting. The onset of effects can take several hours before they begin. For this reason, it’s best to eat a small amount and do so with caution and patience. If after one or two hours you haven’t noticed any effects, you can take a bit more, with moderation, and wait to feel the effects.

If you feel that the effect is too strong, it is better to try to relax, drink a sugary beverage, eat something, and be patient. The effect may last for several hours.

Of course, avoid any issues with children and other housemates. It is ideal to keep the vegetable and marijuana quiche in a place inaccessible to young children. Clearly mark the container so that adults are aware of its contents.
