This recipe is a Spanish favorite, and the great thing about it is that you can modify it to fit your tastes and needs perfectly. In this particular recipe we’ll show you how to turn a normal tortilla into a good time with some friends.
Of course we’re talking about making a cannabis tortilla, which can be done the typical Spanish way (using potatoes) or by making a simple French tortilla.

Our cannabis tortilla recipe is for four people, so the quantity of ingredients will be lower or higher, depending on how many people you’re looking to feed.
- 5 eggs
- 3-4 potatoes (depending on size)
- ½ onion (optional)
- Olive oil
- 5gr of properly ground up bud
How to prepare cannabis tortilla:
First, peel and chop up the potatoes. Fry them in some olive oil in a decent sized pan. Then, add the onion (if you’re using onion in this recipe) and a dash of salt.
Heat up some oil in another pan; once it’s hot, add the cannabis and leave it on extremely low heat. The objective here is to heat up the THC without burning it.
Meanwhile, crack the eggs and some salt into a bowl and mix well until it’s a completely smooth mixture. Once the potatoes and onions are properly cooked, add them to the eggs and mix thoroughly. Once mixed, your eggs mixture to the pan with the oil and cannabis and cook your tortilla. Some people prefer their tortilla to be more browned, but we’ll leave this up to the taste of our readers.
