Today we’re going to show you how to make some amazing cannabis pancakes! The great thing about pancakes is that they’re pretty much international, pancakes are eaten all over the world and you can prepare them as a dessert and also as a meal! They’re ridiculously easy to make, and that little extra hint of cannabis will bring the life to the party!
Keep in mind that when ingested, cannabis is much stronger and takes longer to start showing any sort of effect – this means that you need to be smart about your portion control or you could end up feeling pretty damn bad.
- 200ml of cannabis milk
- 150gr of flour
- 2 eggs
- 10gr yeast
- 20gr sugar
- A spoonful of oil
How to prepare:
First, grab a bowl and pour in the flour, the yeast and the sugar and mix well until the mixture is smooth. Next, add in the milk, the eggs and the oil. Mix it all up again until the mixture is creamy and balanced without any lumps. Mix for as long as you’d like, whisking at an angle so that more air can get into the mixture.
Now, it’s time to pour the mixture in to the pan. Using a large ladle, add as much as you want (depending on how thick you want the pancake to be) and once bubbles begin showing up, flip the pancake however you wish until it’s a lovely golden-brown color on both sides. Repeat this process until all of the mixture is used up.
Once they’re done you can complement them with some butter, cream, chocolate, jam; whatever tickles your fancy!
